Easy!!! OUTSOURCE police services to the Sheriff! The Sheriff covers most of the area and little teeny Atherton would not even be a blip on the radar to them! Woodside, Portola Valley, San Carlos, Half Moon Bay and on and on and on get great professional service at a fraction of the cost. Problem solved!
