It’s only a matter of time for this and other 9th circuit cases will be overturned:
Read the constitution:
The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2) establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the supreme law of the land.[1] It provides that state courts are bound by the supreme law; in case of conflict between federal and state law, the federal law must be applied. Even state constitutions are subordinate to federal law.[2] In essence, it is a conflict-of-laws rule specifying that certain federal acts take priority over any state acts that conflict with federal law. In this respect, the Supremacy Clause follows the lead of Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation, which provided that "Every State shall abide by the determination of the United States in Congress Assembled, on all questions which by this confederation are submitted to them."[3] A constitutional provision announcing the supremacy of federal law, the Supremacy Clause assumes the underlying priority of federal authority, at least when that authority is expressed in the Constitution itself.[4] No matter what the federal government or the states might wish to do, they have to stay within the boundaries of the Constitution. This makes the Supremacy Clause the cornerstone of the whole American political structure.[5][6]

Funny how conservatives love federal authority when it suits their needs. When it doesn't, then states rights is the war cry. hypocrites.

MV - yup.
And anonymous posters know the Constitution better than multiple courts.

Disagree with the two MV's. Even the liberal justices on the Supreme Court have supported the notion that the president gets to control borders so far in this legal battle, and are almost certainly going to wind up overturning these lower court rulings.
You don't want the conservative judges Trump is now appointing to be usurping the authority of the next democratic president, so it really has to work both ways.

Read the constitution:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

"A federal appeals court on Wednesday *upheld* "
That's two courts. So the argument is that those two courts don't know about the Constitution?
Huh?
'No crying in baseball' is still the rule, isn't it? Unless one side wants to flip-flop on their own State's Rights hypocrisy, I guess. Let's all now enter the great state of Whataboutism......

Hi States Rights:
Remember your history.......US war between the states, the civil war......War was fought over federal vs states rights....
California and these other misinterpretation of the constitution will lose and believe it or not, Trump wins. That’s why this new Supreme Court vacancy is so important!
Stop spending our tax money on this crazy, unwarranted fight. Start working together in Congress, both parties, and get some stuff done. How about immigration reform? How about Democrats taking over control of Congress? Stop being cry babies Democrats. You lost!

"Start working together in Congress, both parties, and get some stuff done."
Wow. Read much?
One party controls both houses. They can pass almost anything. What bills have they proposed or passed, beyond repealing healthcare and tax cuts primarily for corporations and billionaires?
Immigration? Education? Healthcare? Jobs programs?
They DO NOT CARE. They got their tax cuts. They have their judges. They control the house and senate, yet you are crying like the Dems are stopping the majority from enacting legislation. What world are you in?
Put the Bush immigration plan, the McCain plan up for a vote. They're solid bi-partisan bills. Republicans won't even allow a vote for it.

NYT: "Republicans Lost Support in Every Special Election Since Trump Became President"
Politifact: "Have Democrats gained 50 seats formerly held by Republicans since Trump was elected?" (spoiler: only 39)
Cleveland Plain Dealer: "Donald Trump confuses who's running in Ohio's 12th District special election next week"
OH-12: Monmouth - Republican Balderson leading Democrat Danny O'Connor 44-43, in a Trump +12 district.

States Rights:
Let’s see what happens nationwide!
Will congress fall democratic?
Will the senate be controlled by the republicans?
Will the Supreme Court fall to the majority of conservatives?
Who will the democratics run for President in 2020?
I’m waiting to see what’s going to happen in this American adventure....

"Who will the democratics (sic) run for President in 2020?"
Ditto for the GOP. Which GOP incumbent running for re-election will stand up for Country over party? Who will return the GOP to it's core values over Trumpism?
Meanwhile, the presumed front-runner for 2020 (Pence) has a boss who attacks LeBron James online while in his bathrobe, tweeting furiously away in DC, but when he actually goes to the Ohio 12th for a rally, is mysteriously silent on King James.
Hmmm... So brave of the twitter bully!
Let's see Trump go to true swing districts and attack sanctuary cities. Easy to do so in OH-12, which is a GOP +12 district. Of course, Trump will not go to true swing districts - he's persona non-grata by GOP candidates.
Come to California, Mr. President. Orange County used to be safely red, before Trump policies started turning it truly purple. Come to Orange County and talk about sanctuary cities and state's rights. And come to orange County and talk out loud about LeBron James.
Dare ya! Come to the OC and talk about that new Laker! Even Melania knows better! Web Link
After all, Slovenians love basketball players. Perhaps our president can support fellow Slovenian Luka Dončić, instead of King James, in honor of Melania? There's something about Luka's appearance that might not frighten him as much. Can't put my finger on it.....
