Portola Valley: Bidder begins due diligence ahead of Alpine Inn sale

One of three final bidders vying to buy the Alpine Inn burger joint and beer garden in Portola Valley has been given the green light to begin a 30-day due diligence period, according to Lucy Neely, one of the bidders.

Being one of the supporters of the Portola Valley roadhouse LLC, I am thrilled to hear about the group who made it into the final position. We all had a shared preservationist vision and I am certain this group will really do a great job. Excited,
