While Stanford may be adding new buildings, remember that they're moving about 2,700 people off campus to their new facilities in Redwood City, which will reduce a lot of traffic impact to the main campus. Food for thought.

I live 5 blocks from the new Stanford facility being put up in RWD. I was at the RWC City Council meeting years ago when they approved the plan. The Council said they would deal with traffic issues in the future. Marsh&101 and 84&101 are crowded. Next year thousands of workers will occupy these new buildings. But I haven't heard anything about how traffic issues will be avoided. I do know I spend a lot of time stuck in traffic these days.

Make certain you get guarantees, like 'you will have to reduce your number of employees until traffic flow meets your predictions'
