Did you get more than 1 bid for spigots, carpet and window? Sounds extremely expensive. Also 60,000 dollars for a trucK? Maybe look at a slightly used one. Stop squandering money.

For $12,000 I certainly hope it was necessary to run a hot water pipe or install a hot water heater or something. Can you please provide more detail?

$60,000 for a truck---what kind of truck? Is it specially outfitted? You can buy a brand new F250 4 x 4 Lariat (leather, loaded) for $52,000. I'm just wondering what is different about this truck. I know that trucks are expensive.

More details, please? Thanks.
