Silicon Valley Community Foundation CEO out following workplace complaints

Reeling from a storm of complaints of workplace harassment, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation announced Wednesday morning that CEO Emmett Carson had stepped aside, effective immediately. The news came following a two-month investigation that determined that Carson's leadership style had condoned bullying and other misconduct.

There is no way a competent board could be unaware of the longtime behavioral problems at the foundation. At the very least board members should be replaced because of their lack of oversight. See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil have no place on a board of directors.
