Menlo Park's interim police chief to take permanent post

Starting July 8, Menlo Park's interim police chief, Dave Bertini, will lose the "interim" from his job title, City Manager Alex McIntyre announced today (June 25).

Congratulations to Chief Bertini!

Dave has already hit the ground running and is a strong and dedicated leader who takes his responsibilities as a public servant very seriously.

I look forward to working side by side with him as we collectively discuss, debate and decide on public safety issues and best practices for the community.
