These could not have happened without the knowledge of board members. There needs to be changes on the board.

My daughter worked here when it started in San Mateo location. When they moved to Mtn. View she walked in and smelled incense burning on a candle. She left.

Boards often are not provided operational information at the individual employee level. If the CEO has been ignoring and even hiding problems, how would they even know?
Unless there was an employee satisfaction survey that revealed problems about which the board could quiz the CEO, the real cure for a problrm like this is to weed out the offender and those in positions that should have taken action in response to complaints about the culture. Emmett and Mari Ellen must go.
