Kasten "saddened" that Woodsiders don't pay attention to what's going on in town? Laughable. This counsel has marginalized and ousted an entire group of residents. The counsel is responsible for the poor participation.

We have term limits. They're called "elections" and every official can be replaced every four years.

You don't like your Council Member? Either run or find someone to defeat them.

Running for office takes effort. Those who make the effort win.

For those who say the incumbent has too big of an advantage, Woodside has had successful "write in" candidates THREE TIMES since I've lived here.

If you're unhappy, quit complaining and try running for office.
