Publish the results of the city employee satisfaction survey as well as what is being done to help fix the problem of staff shortages. Why is the city not sharing the results and planning on re-surveying employees? Clearly, some employees don't like their jobs in MP. Why? What category is leaving? Non management levels mainly? If so that conveys one clear area to focus on in adressing the problem. Supply the facts.
