Woodside council scrutinizes new state laws on 'efficiency' housing units

For many in the Bay Area, an apartment above a garage, cramped though it may be, could feel heaven sent. The state has relaxed rules to encourage their construction, but the Woodside Town Council has questions as to what is and what is not livable.

The builder and the architect think these units should be redesigned - what a cash cow for the Woodside Town Clowncil!

The Builder and Architect already have plenty of business. I think they're being sincere.
