I felt it!!! I was awake with a coughing attack when my bedroom started to violently shake. I was snuggly warm under my covers and too tired to run for the doorway so I stayed in bed. The shaking didn't last very long but it was definitely felt and my heart was sure pounding afterwards.

Time to get my earthquake kit in order!

I got up to let the dog out which is a bad habit she has acquired. I was wondering why both cats were sitting at attention. The dog came back in and I went back to bed which is when it hit. I didn't realize the cats could tell that far in advance.
