One wonders why gasoline burning leaf blowers and other similar hydrocarbon (HC) emitting devices are allowed to operate on Spare the Air days. One also wonders why the Bay Area Air Quality Management does not require SMOG testing of such devices. They nearly always seem to be poorly adjusted to prevent emanation of mal-oderous HC's.

Allen. No need to wonder. Gas-powered leaf blowers ARE illegal in Menlo Park on Spare the Air days but that ordinance is largely ignored or not known. If the following link does not post, just "google" menlo park leaf blower ordinance. Web Link

7 consecutive days,

First they said you can't add a wood burning fp to any new homes being built.

Then you couldn't replace one if you remodel, when you had one before the remodel,

I think we can see where this is going

Allen- Dude you need to opt into the wood smoke awareness class. It’s totally dope.
