Menlo Park settles development-related lawsuit with East Palo Alto

After nearly a year of closed-session council talks and negotiations, the cities of East Palo Alto and Menlo Park have agreed to the terms of a lawsuit settlement.

That's some impressively vague lawyer speak for ya. It sounds like it leaves a lot of wiggle room for Menlo Park to proceed however they please.

Has Facebook addressed the multiplier affect it's development has caused?

How refreshing that Menlo Park is going to fulfill its obligations to mitigate impacts of projects that it approves on other agencies.

Hopefully Atherton and the Fire District will seek the same treatment from Menlo Park.
