"Facing such threatened litigation is like having "a gun to your head," Menlo Park Mayor Kirsten Keith said."

No, Mayor Keith. Having a Facebook funded police officer pull a gun on a black or latino youth in Belle Haven is like actually having a gun to your head. You seem to be missing the whole point of the litigation and why its necessary.

Even less dramatic but still lethal is being evicted from your home and displaced from your support network. Research studies have shown seniors who are displaced are also more likely to pass away.

Let's get real about what really is life and death here Mayor.
