Please tell the cyclists not to go up and down OLHR road if they don't live on OLHR during the Cal Water Project. Thank you.

cc, that's been communicated pretty clearly through the local clubs but I'm hoping that the county or whoever is in charge puts big bike-specific signs up at the bottom of the hill. It's such a popular route that there are bound to be people who didn't get the message.
