Sequoia Healthcare District authorizes CEO To Enter Into an Agreement For Specialized Legal Services.

Original post made by Jack Hickey, Woodside: Emerald Hills, on Sep 13, 2017

In typical fashion, the Sequoia Healthcare District discussed 3 items in closed session at a special meeting this past Monday, following which 4 Directors, the CEO and the Grants Manager were off to the Kona Kai Resort and SPA in San Diego for a 3 day annual meeting of the Association of California Healthcare Districts (ACHD).

After discussions in the closed session, the board acted in open session to "Authorize the Chief Executive Officer To Enter Into an Agreement For Specialized Legal Services." for election law related services. No other information, such as the chosen attorney, or terms of the agreement was forthcoming. Hopefully, the public will get more information at the next special meeting of the board to be held next Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 at 4:30.
