Sheriff's Office: SUV driver 'at fault' in Portola Valley collision with cyclists

The driver of an SUV involved in an Aug. 5 collision with a group of bicyclists near Portola Valley Town Center at 765 Portola Road has been found "at fault" in the accident, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
