Environmental concerns. For decades this property was used to restore, store, and run heavy duty military vehicles. What were the procedures for protecting the land, air and water table from heavy metals, lead, fuels, ammunition residue, chemical and cleaning runoff, etc? Did the county ever inspect regarding environmental impacts? What sort of permits were required? Has the property and adjoining properties been checked for contamination to their land and water table? These are reasonable and important questions.
