Kirsten Keith, Marc Berman host Q&A at Woodside Bakery

During an open question-and-answer session held at the Woodside Bakery Tuesday morning (Aug. 15), Menlo Park Mayor Kirsten Keith and local Assemblyman Marc Berman, representing the state's District 24, discussed local problems with constituents while sipping coffee and nibbling pastries.

It's wonderful that events like this occur. Kudo's to Marc Berman and Kirsten Keith for making this dialogue open and available to the public. With a host of common issues spilling over across borders, more joint meetings between various jurisdictions may help to find solutions that are mutually acceptable on regional basis. Thank you for all you do throughout the year. It is acknowledged and appreciated.

What? Nobody asked Assemblyman Berman to remove Judge Persky or shield Sanctuary cities from ICE? Maybe at the next event!

This was the guy who voted for a 12 cent tax on gasoline. Needs to be defeated ASAP. Pretty sad!
