Atherton's Bellis a hit at Bank of the West Classic

Atherton resident CiCi Bellis calls it her home tournament and with the support she gets, its certainly becoming obvious she's become a darling of the local crowd. Bellis didn't disappoint Tuesday, beating France's Alize Cornet, 6-3, 6-2, in a first-round match at the Bank of the West Classic.

Uh, Rick, you reference her age, but do not give it....Read Bruce Jenkins take on CiCi on the Chron. Pretty good.
