Menlo Park wild chase: Accused Facebook bus robber found not competent to stand trial

A man accused of stealing an iPad from a Facebook bus in Menlo Park and leading police on a wild car chase across the Dumbarton Bridge was found not competent to stand trial.

Maybe he WAS being chased by Russians. Was he muttering "covfefe"'when he was arrested?
