Spare the Air Alert Monday in the Bay Area

A Spare the Air alert for smog in the San Francisco Bay Area has been issued for Monday, officials with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District said Sunday.

Please might the traffic divisions for cities ask the persons who give the parking tickets ask those persons who sit in their cars and run their air conditioning and charge phones on hot spare the air days not to do so?
