Two nonprofits merging; both help students from lower-income families

Peninsula Bridge, a Palo Alto-based nonprofit, announced April 26 that the organization will merge with Building Futures Now, an East Palo Alto-based nonprofit to provide broader programs to help students from lower-income families.
