Guest opinion: Not playing on a level field with Atherton's Measure A election

In June the town of Atherton will be voting on the potential use of public funds to pay for the construction of a new civic center, something that was deemed inappropriate by approximately 74 percent of the voters in a 2012 ballot measure. As the town moves forward to attempt to erode that mandate, confusion and intrigue have begun.

This guest's opinion has to do with the procedural elements of the Impartial analysis, not the analysis itself.
