Atherton eases rules for secondary housing units

Atherton residents who want to create a legal small rental unit or guest house on their property will soon find it easier to do, thanks to new state laws that require easing of such regulations.

This is very good news. Hopefully, Menlo Park will ease their regulations as well. We have such a serious housing shortage, any progress is welcome.
