Menlo Park: City manager gets second bonus in six months

A $4,400 cash bonus for Menlo Park City Manager Alex McIntyre was approved by the City Council last week following a closed session to review his performance over the past six months.

This is really a third bonus. The second one was giving cash for not needing health insurance. That gave the city manager more cash than his salaray. Any person who needs that insurance would not being able to spend that money but McIntyre can. That was foolish on council's part to pay it to McIntyre and greedy on his part to seek it.
