Menlo Park: Boy, 13, arrested twice in 18 days in car thefts

Two teens, ages 13 and 19, were arrested Tuesday (Jan. 31) by Menlo Park police on suspicion of stealing a vehicle that the police were monitoring after the keys had been stolen in a home burglary.

Hopefully the Judge will not release him so quick this time. Also, time to have a conversation with his parents/guardians.

It sounds like you guys just want to have this poor 19 year old take blame for something he didn't do there is no legit facts that he was driving this car just because he matched the discription he's Paying the consequences that someone else did .

did you read the article? witnesses that saw them dump the car identified them as the ones that dumped the stolen car. Those would be "legit" facts.
