Annie and Her Friends" at Menlo School tonight, Sunday the 8th at 7:30pm, is a great show. (It is in Martin Hall at Menlo School, 50 Valparaiso Ave. in Atherton.) I was there last night (Sat. the 8th) and was entertained, even moved, by the great performances by Steve Gill, his daughter Annie, and the truly first rate singers and pianist who did some 31 Cole Porter songs in two acts and two hours. See it tonight and put it on your calendar for next year. Also see p. 21 of The Almanac for Jan. 4, 2017.
