Menlo Park council dissects proposed general plan changes

Menlo Park's City Council spent about four and a half hours Tuesday night hearing comments, asking questions and giving feedback about proposed changes to the city's general plan, which governs new development.

Where was Catherine Carlton?

Absent.

Where was Cecilia Taylor?

At the meeting focused on serving Menlo Park.

I bet residents would like to know the primary milestones that must be met before this process is completed. Even the next scheduled steps. Now that would useful reporting. Looking at the City website does not help!

@Dana:

It's pretty straightforward. Approval by Council by Mid December, then submit to the State, then it becomes the adopted Zoning Code, then we get sued by East Palo Alto.
