Home prices in Woodside, Atherton, Portola Valley, Menlo Park

Home prices vary so widely on the Midpeninsula that there are cottages for under $1 million and mansions for over $10 million. Whatever the price range, it's probably somewhere on the Midpeninsula.

I'm guessing that the 11th Avenue property will be bid up to over $1 million.

@ Robt Cronin - Lot size is substandard. Limited sq ftg potential + (probable) variance need make development unlikely.

Downtowner,
House across the street,built 1943, 900 sq ft, 6,500 sq ft lot, just offered at $1.6 million.

It's worth noting that the PV property for "under 2m" is a lot and not a residence but it will come with HOA dues whether you build there or not ;-/
