Menlo Park: Condos, office, shop OK'd at former Park Theatre site

A proposal to build a three-story buildings with four condos, office spaces and a small retail area at the former site of the Park Theater at 1275 El Camino Real was approved unanimously by the Menlo Park Planning Commission on Monday, Sept. 12.

Hoping the heritage oak can be saved?

All this adds is more traffic to an over crowded are. Does the Planning Commission ever saw no to a developer? The heritage coast live oak tree should definitely be saved. Trees are so beneficial to us but then again it might"get in the way"of development.
