San Mateo County Deleting Documents after illegal appointment of Carlos G. Bolanos to Sheriff

I said the July 12, 2016 appointment of Carlos G. Bolanos to Sheriff was illegal and a Coup.
The appointment was not on the agenda item 7
San Mateo County Manager's Office has removed this News Release of July 1, 2016
