Menlo Park: Rampaging tailgater sentenced to six months in jail

After pleading no contest to felony assault with a vehicle and misdemeanor drunken driving, Victor Manuel Jop, 39, was sentenced to six months of county jail time and three years of probation, and will have his driver's license revoked for life.
