Portola Valley 12 Berenda Way, Ladera, Foley Trust sold to M. Staehelin for $2,350,000 on 03/22/16
If this property was sold 3 months ago, why is the realtor still advertising it for sale on this paper's real estate for sale page? It makes it look as if Ladera houses are languishing on the market. Are properties in Ladera not selling? I'm sure they are. Perhaps the realtor is hoping for buyers' inquiries about the ad so that she can redirect them to her other listings? I ask that the Almanac please check on the veracity of its homes for sale site.
