Sunday: Woodside to hold another soapbox derby

The third annual Woodside Soapbox Derby, sponsored by the Woodside Recreation Committee, begins at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the top of the sloped parking lot next to Independence Hall at 2955 Woodside Road in Woodside.

Is that $50 to WATCH the derby or to RUN in it

The $50 ticket refers to the entrance fee for participating in the race with a vehicle. Watching the race costs nothing. The event is open to the public.
