Advocacy Group's Report Slams the Way California Judges Are Disciplined

Original post made by Citizens fight back , Atherton: other, on Apr 9, 2016

To citizens of San Mateo County who have been frustrated with failures of the California Commission on Judicial Performance to investigate and discipline judges who commit misconduct, there's some encouraging news.

Joe Sweeney, a Berkeley educated mathematician, formed a group called CourtReforrm LLC because of his bad experience with getting California Commission on Judicial Performance to do anything to discipline judges. His group commissioned a scathing report on the failures of the Commission on Judicial Performance.

San Francisco Chronicle just did a story about the report

Sweeney's group is looking for citizens and professionals to join his advisory board. I am sure they would be very interested in hearing from people with horror stories about failures of Commission on Judicial Performance to act on their complaints.
