When it comes to the sale prices of homes near transit, Menlo Park homes were among the most expensive in the Bay Area, according to a new report.

Is this report meaningful or just click-bait? I'm guessing the latter since the Atherton train station is closed on weekends and that doesn't seem to have any effect on the report.
