U.S. District Judge Kimberly Mueller stated that the records will be destroyed after inspection. The records will demonstrate that State Superintendent Torlakson and his administration failed to provide the special needs programs for children with learning differences and disabilities for many years. The only way to prove this is to review the data. I specialized in OT pediatrics and was retaliated against by San Jose State and the CSU system for disclosing that SJSU alumni and licensed Occupational Therapists at Alum Rock violated the IDEA guidelines. The Kindergarten class had 18 children with special needs. IDEA guidelines allow maximum 10 children. Our state department is fighting the release of that data, but that is obstruction of the evidence. Responsible educators and healthcare providers who report abusive and illegal conduct by this administration are being retaliated against for fulfilling their responsibilities and protect the best interests of their students/clients. California has a broken education system and broken healthcare system. It is time we produce relevant data and solve the problems with full transparency and accountability.
