Federal judge clarifies order regarding release of student records

After California parents were recently notified that their children's records might be released as part of a federal lawsuit over special education, the judge handling the case was so inundated with objections that she says she "can not realistically review" them.

I am one of those who filled out the forms and mailed them in. Does that mean they are just ignoring our letters?
