I can't imagine why my post was removed. I wrote how wonderful this facility is -- a fabulous caring resource for families of sick children.

That was it ---- so why on earth would an editor remove that praise?

It was nice that the designers donated their time and money, but not sure they were thinking about who would be staying in the house when they designed the bedrooms. The shared areas look bright and cheery which they should be, however, the bedrooms look over the top. A calmer, more relaxed, comforting look would of been better for people dealing with children with life threatening illnesses to "come home to" after a long day at the hospital for their private time. The bedrooms shown are way too busy. It was not the right place for designers to showcase their personal tastes, even if they were donating their time and money. However, congratulations and thank you to the Ronald McDonald House for providing so many more rooms for the families in need of this service.
