People vs. Miguel A. Cisneros is in the hands of the Jury

Original post made by Michael Stogner, another community, on Feb 9, 2016

As I observed the trial I was hoping things have changed for the better in San Mateo County. Some of you know about my interest in eliminating Prosecutorial Misconduct in our courts. The Board of Supervisors have been aware of it for the last 15 years.

Unfortunately nothing has changed DDA Brian Donnellan has done it again, He has overcharged a defendant which has caused a No Bail status for 2 years and has relied on his main witness who's testimony can be described in one word.

Preposterous, Absolutely Preposterous, He testified to so many different versions of what happened during a five hour period he is lucky he has not been charged with Perjury.

In 2012 I wrote I don't think DDA Brian Donnellan should be a San Mateo County employee. That was based on what I observed during the Jesse Wilson trial. A Juror asked him what he thought about his witnesses lying to the jury. I thought that was a Great question. He responded He didn't think they did. He was wrong.
