It would be a great loss and shame to lose Feldman's Books. This is an incredible store, comparable to the best used book stores in university towns, such as Bell's Books in Palo Alto. The prices are reasonable and the selection across all topics outstanding. Nobody is opening used book stores anymore, so this shop should be recognized as the community treasure that it is.

Both are on small lots with limited parking, so the way our planning code works, no developer is that interested because they can't increase the built area of the site. No doubt both buildings are ambitiously over-priced, so don't hold your breath.
