Appeals court upholds dismissal of Woodell lawsuit against fire board directors

While the mystery of what really happened in Menlo Park's long-running legal soap opera involving a political sign and a cellphone will probably never be resolved, the saga appears to, finally, have come to an end.

Thank goodness. Woodell achieved only great disdain for his litigious actions, and caused everyone, including our busy legal system (with far more serious issues to deal with), a complete waste of time and money.
