Woodside town engineer reflects on career in public works

Woodside Deputy Town Manager and Town Engineer Paul Nagengast has said to an Almanac reporter that he has room for improvement. Maybe now that he is retiring, he'll be able to concentrate on those improvements he said he has room for.

Woodside's Bldg department is a labyrinth of pain. Too many employees, each one having more power than the next to surprise you with new fees ask for endless inspections and hold up your project. Maybe now someone capable will take over.
