Mr. Patun,

Feel free to drive my neighborhood.
I will introduce you to a family of deer living in my neighbor's back yard.
They often come out to eat my roses.

Unsurprising.

The deer are looking for food and water, exacerbated by the drought. They are following the various creeks into more fertile areas, in this area populated towns.

Likewise, their predators -- mountain lions -- are using the same route: creeks.

This is simply nature in action.
