How big is too big?

Make a large hole in the ground and line it with concrete and there will be impacts. It may interrupt an underground stream and cause it to find a new path. Excavated soil being hauled out in 12-ton dump trucks will affect the roads, bridges and traffic, and may annoy neighbors who must endure their passage.

What's the difference between the 'appearance' of rural character and actually having one? Woodside appears very rural when you drive through, but with the number of 5000+ sq ft homes in the area, it's just semantics.

Can we somehow limit time and costs to get small additions or remodels through?

We need the council to better represent the more middle income residents, and not just the .01%ers here.
