Supreme Court upholds same-sex marriage

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled by a 5-4 vote today that the federal Constitution provides a right to same-sex marriage -- an action Assemblyman Rich Gordon called historic "for all Americans who value fairness and equality."

Side note - Rand Paul is awfully quiet in representing the Libertarian "guvmint out of marriage " POV.
