Phil was a true gentleman and a tremendous community volunteer.

We all owe him a huge Thank You for all that he did for our community.

I had the pleasure of working with Phil on the 2004 campaign to re-authorize the special parcel tax. Our effort, due in large measure to Phil's leadership, was successful.

Our paths have continually crossed since. Phil was always engaging and a joy to be around. I will miss him.
