I just got word from DA Steve Wagstaffe that he referred this complaint to the AG and they have accepted it.

has the deputy actually been charged with giving a phone to a gangbanger? Last I heard all they had charged him with was embezzling $400 of his own campaign funds. wow. Crime of the century. This is so clearly reprisal for running for sheriff it's ridiculous.

Mr. Stogner:

It would behoove you to ask District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe to send you a copy of the email or letter he sent to the AG's office on this matter as well as the AG's response. From my own personal experience on several occasions, Mr. Wagstaffe has stated to me that he has done x or y, and a further fact check on my end found that he did not do and never did, what he said he had done.

I had to learn the hard way and wasted valuable time in my situation.

If he won't give you a copy of the email or letter exchange between himself and the AG, forward the email he sent to you on this matter to the Board of Supervisors and ask them to get a copy. Always get the paper trail.

Remember this crime is against Sherif Deputy Juan Lopez the State of California and the United States of America.

Somebody got a protected Confidential Drivers License number. Protected because he is Law Enforcement.

Hacked the DMV computer for the State of California, entered that number on to an existing ticket, causing the license to become Suspended.

Who has that ability?

He wasn't on my ballot for sheriff. I heard he didn't get paperwork filed in the allotted time, but I don't know if that is true. is it true, or just another story?

Deputy Juan Lopez was a qualified Write In Candiate.

Jim Fox is not, and never was, a friend of mine.

I have concluded the following:
1. Kickboxng can be hazardous to your health.
2. A 14 year old girl walking in on a battle between two of her "mothers" who also happened to be off duty police officers is cause for serious concern.
3. Fox et al did not violate the law.

San Mateo County paid about $94,000 to settle that suit.

The point I was trying to make is that many residents have taken the time to report to the Supervisors of San Mateo County the Deep level of Corruption that they thought existed in the District Attorney's office.

And that same "deep level of corruption" exists all throughout the county which is why nothing is ever done about it. The fox is guarding the hen house.

I'm actually not going to go so far as to say the D.A.'s office is deeply corrupt, in the sense of some Martin Scorsese movie, but D.A. Steve Wagstaffe has caused many people to feel aggrieved by lying, covering for other corruption, a failure to administrate justice on an equal basis, and caring more about politics, buddies, and political supporters than the citizens he's sworn to protect. If you have been unlucky enough to experience his deep ethical flaws, you would think he and the D.A.'s office are both deeply corrupt. Worst of all, when confronted with any of this behavior, Wagstaffe (and everything I say applies equally to his predecessor Fox) will not try to learn, change, or modify his stance but just dig in his heels.

The Dutch Goose capitulated to a questionable ADA lawsuit, and renovated their establishment. Ironically, there are now five regular parking spaces on the Alameda where there used to be 1 regular and 2 Handicapped parking spaces. I love it.

I wanted to let you know that upon receiving the official criminal complaint from you last week, I quickly concluded that it was a complaint that my office should not be investigating. We contacted the Attorney General's Office, forwarded that office the criminal complaint and asked them to review and handle the complaint. We were told that they would review what we received from you and let us know whether they would take it. This morning we were advised that the Attorney General will take the complaint and make contact with you.

I know that is what you tried to do in the first place. Thank you for your patience.

Please consider this an official criminal complaint, as I submitted it to Kamala Harris our Attorney General and she/her office has advised me to submit it to your office.

August 4, 2014 San Mateo County DA Inspector Jordan Boyd demanded that SMC Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez surrender his California Drivers License, this reason given was that the DMV computer showed it was suspended. This was the first Deputy Lopez had ever heard of this. He was without his license for 60 days, He was unable to drive his adult son who requires extra attention from his parents. Someone who had the ability to access the State of California Computer DMV system and to Deputy Juan Lopez DL number placed his number on somebody else's ticket. I suspect that same individual hacked the United States Postal Service Computer and caused a letter to be sent to Credit Reporting Company changing from Residential to Commercial his condo in Redwood City. Impact was it affected the borrowing ability of his residential property.

As you know I think this should be investigated outside of San Mateo County.

I'm just following instructions from Kamala Harris.

Bravo, Michael! Why did it take 8 days for a response? Wagstaffe must be very busy. It would be useful to know who he communicated with on the subject during those 8 days, but that's probably confidential. It might be covered under "potential litigation".

After re-reading Wagstaffe's response to Michael, my previous post may have been unwarranted.

Wagstaffe said:

What did he mean by "quickly". Specifics needed.

I'm sure Michael will let us know when he is contacted by the Attorney General.

In my private life, I am considered to have "the patience of Job". In this instance, the expression "justice delayed is justice denied" is the operative. Juan Lopez is experiencing that. Patience is being put to the test.

August 4, 2014 San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd ordered Deputy Juan Lopez to give him his California Drivers License. Deputy Lopez complied, DMV showed it was suspended.

Where did San Mateo County District Attorney Inspector Jordan Boyd get the authority to "order" Deputy Juan Lopez to give him his California Drivers License? If he did have that authority, why would he not have "investigated" Deputy Lopez's contention that the DMV record was in error?

We have a lot of "peace officers" in California!

Reading that code section brings back memories of an encounter my late wife Jolene and I had with a Jogger/park ranger/peace officer when we were seeking a spot to picnic on a trail we entered on Edgewood Road. It seems our white Lab, Liberty was not welcome. No signs were posted at our entry point. Ranger Bob was VERY confrontational.

Finally got a communication from Kamala Harris's Office late this afternoon.

The case is closed,

She has no interest in determining who hacked the State of California DMV data base.

Wow, that's amazing. Here I thought Steve Wagstaffe was going to send this to someone who would actually investigate.

You can bet if the DMV computers were hacked to suspend Munk's license Kamala Harris would have been all over it. Welcome to San Mateo County.

He drives inmates around for the Sheriff up till August 4, 2014. When DDA Inspector Jordan Boyd informs him it is suspended.

Kamala Harris has ZERO interest in finding out who hacked the State of California's DMV computer data base.

Because the obvious answer is it was a cop, a DA investigator or the DA. She needs loyal, powerful democrats in San Mateo County for her political ambitions. She's not about to rock that boat.

But if other organizations can raise this issue in the press, there is a chance Kamala Harris will investigate. After the press reported that she was defending an L.A. prosecutor who committed horrible misconduct, she backed down and her office stopped defending him. She hates bad publicity.

What about taking this to the National Council of La Raza, the largest Hispanic civil rights organization in the United States?

I had to laugh when I read the Attorney Generals letter to me from Joyce Blair Supervisor Deputy Attorney General
and cc Jeffery Laurence Acting Senior Assistant Attorney General.

I remembered being in Kindergarten sitting in a circle the teacher whispered one word to the first child and we passed it around, by the time it got to the end…..Wow.

Just so the public is clear, I asked the AG to identify the IP address that placed Deputy Juan Lopez's Protected/Confidential license number in the California DMV Computer data base.

Joyce Blair from the AG's office ? Well, that explains everything! In 2008 in a phone conversation with her, she said " Steve Wagstaffe has always been very honest with me in all our dealings. " That statement by Ms. Blair was the reason when I submitted another complaint to the AG in 2011 I specifically requested that it be given to someone other than Ms. Blair. The AG did , but it didn't do any good.

July 30, 2013 City of Torrence Police Department issued a ticket T550467 to a Juan Pablo Lopez who lived in Los Angeles. His Drivers License number starts with an A.

Sheriff Deputy Juan Pablo Lopez Drivers License Starts with an N, and his address shows as San Mateo County Sheriff Office.

August 4, 2014 DDA Jordan Boyd ran a Counselor Inquiry of DMV which showed a Failure to appear and a Failure to Pay on this other gentleman's ticket.

I thought Kamala Harris would want to know how did that happen?

It's easy to claim the FBI is investigating something, because the FBI has a policy of never confirming or denying that it is doing an investigation.
